New features

Merchandisers can now curate the metadata content of their pages with the Page Metadata feature in Predictive Merchandiser. See Page Metadata for more information.

Fusion

Added titles for Superset and Superset Proxy in the Fusion API Microservices dropdown menu.
Improved logging from client-side retries, to make debugging retry jobs easier.
Streamlined the System to remove redundant entries.

Predictive Merchandiser

A script has been created to address the solrconfig.xml workaround listed in the Fusion 5.5.0 release notes, where users were directed to change their cache classes to solr.search.CaffeineCache. See the Fusion 5 Migration Guide for more information.

Bug Fixes

Fusion

Fixed an issue that caused the Tika Parser to generate “out of memory” errors.

Predictive Merchandiser

Fixed an issue that caused images to not display in Predictive Merchandiser results and product details.
Fixed an issue that caused the interface of the Create a facet console to display incorrectly after adding a new facet field.
Fixed several UI issues that caused the Publish Rules dropdown to display incorrectly.

Known issues

New Kerberos security realms cannot be configured successfully in this version of Fusion.
