Edit or delete usersGetting started with Springboard
This topic details how to edit or delete user accounts in Springboard.
Edit user
You must be a workspace owner to edit users. |

In the Applications Manager screen, scroll to the Users section. For more information, see View users.

Point to the user to edit and click View/Edit to the right of the entry.

In the View User screen, enter the user’s first name in the First name field.

In the Last name field, enter the user’s last name.

In the Email field, enter the user’s email address.

Edit any roles for the user. See Roles for more details. To remove the user from a specific application, select No Access in the User Role field.

To save the changes, click Save. To exit without saving the edits, click X.
Delete user

In the Applications Manager screen, scroll to the Users section. For more information, see View users.

Point to the user to delete and click View/Edit to the right of the entry.

In the View User screen, click Delete User. To exit without deleting the user, click X.

In the Delete User confirmation screen, click Delete to confirm. To exit the screen without deleting the user, click Cancel.

In the Applications Manager screen, scroll to the Users section and verify the user status is Deleted.
